- A LITTLE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS
(SINCE MAY 2001 TO THE PRESENT) Family & Friends Cleaning Service (F&FCS) has
been serving the Houston business community since 2001. We are currently providing
office cleaning services to numerous buildings in the Houston, Sugar Land and Stafford
areas. The smallest building we clean is about 700 SQ feet and our largest is over a
100,000 square feet. We also provide minor building repairs to our active customers.
Under these miscellaneous services we buy* and replace air filters, buy and replace ceiling
tiles, buy and replace light bulbs, buy and replace light panels and ballasts. We also do
carpet shampoo, tile floor stripping and waxing, warehouse cleaning,
parking lot cleaning and window cleaning.
* Customers can choose to purchase all items mentioned or have F&FCS do the purchasing.
F&FCS focuses primarily on providing ongoing office cleaning services to office buildings and
we do not market our services to the residential sector. The company (F&FCS) has the
strength of cleaning any building half a million in total square footage of in size and cleaning
requirements of 7 days a week and at any given time during the day.
>>We take pride in what we do. Our cleaning company pays better to our cleaners than most
other local cleaning companies. We firmly believe that for a person to care for what he is
doing, a person would first need to be happy with the money he is being paid.
>>We offer a variety of building services. Whether you need office cleaning once a week,
or seven days a week, you can always count on our ability to be there for you. Once we are
cleaning your offices, we can also strip and wax your floors any time you need. Our waxing
services are offered only to our regular office cleaning service customers.
We also offer carpet shampoo services, but again, we only offer carpet cleaning to our
regular customers. So, if anyone contact us for one time floor waxing or carpet shampoo,
or any other one time project, we will not do it. Our primary goal is to serve our regular
customers the best we can and we can not do that if we are being held back by doing jobs that are only done once.

PERSIAN GULF. I DID YOU NOT, I WAS ON TOP OF THE WORLD.
THE FLEET WAS COMPRISED OF DOZENS OF SHIPS: US AND ROYAL NAVY.
