We train them well and teach them safety guidelines in the use of cleaning

AREAS WE SERVE - We are currently working all around Houston. We have
customer inside the loop, inside the belt way 8, inside and out of hwy 6. We
clean buildings in the NASA area, we clean buildings in the oil refineries in
Pasadena, and we clean many buildings in the Sugar Land and Stafford area.
We have building we clean close to Bush airport and Hobby airport. We do
focus primarily in providing ongoing cleaning services more than anything else.
Many people call us requesting carpet shampoo, or to clean their house, the
truth is, to better serve our clientele; we will only perform those tasks for our
regular commercial customers. In other words, we do not do one time deals,
that just takes us away from our main goal which is to care for our building we
have on a regular basis.
FREQUENCY AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS - We clean some very small office
suites and we clean some very large buildings. The smallest office suite that
we clean is perhaps just a few hundred square feet. The largest building is
about 100 thousand square feet. As far as the frequency, obviously a small
office space won't need cleaning daily, so we will accommodate and serve your
business either once a week and the least would do is biweekly cleaning.
Some people request cleaning once a month and honestly that would be for us
so out of our normal routine that we prefer not to do it.
OUT-SOURING - That is an absolute no-no for us. We will never give away our
customers to subcontractors. We take pride on what we do and love doing it.
So if you call us to clean your building, you can be sure we are the ones who will
be doing the cleaning.
OUR EMPLOYEES - We employ men and women equally, in effect, we love
hiring couples: husband and wife. They make the best team. They don't fight on
what they have to do. They just fall in place each with his and her own
responsibilities without the arguments. Our employees are mostly people with
day jobs with other employers and they come to work for our company during the
late ours as a supplement income. We know that is we want to get something
done, we give it to busy people and they don't run away. In our line of business,
sometimes hiring people without a job, it is problematic because it is true, they
will not afford to pay the bills if they only work for us once a week cleaning a
building that only takes four hours. That person is simply not interested. If that
person does take the job, that person is desperate and we don't want desperate
people because they won't say long and soon we will have to find replacement
and do more training and it is just not good for our business. We want stable
people.
We truly appreciate our customer who confide in us. We have buildings where
the work being done there is classified confidential if not secrets in some
instances and yet our customers confide, fully trust us. We understand our
priorities. Our goal is to clean your building the most efficiently and move on to
the next. And to protect our customers, we carry a two million dollars liability
insurance and if someone should get inure on the job, we also carry the
workers compensation insurance. In all of my years in the business, I have only
encounter one customer who was so un-trusting of anybody that whey would
have an escort for our cleaning lady. So pathetic: it is CINTAS. What is said is
that they themselves deal providing services to other business almost the same
way we do, I guess that’s how they get treated. I don't know who can work with
such people like that. I told them to find someone else after serving their
business only a month. FOR MAY MANY CUSTOMERS WHO RELIED ON OUR
